well noone can sure if the current price is the lowest because id8 has been raising funds at lower prices every few months.

Fact is there is very little accountability among banks, regulators. Profits always come first, compliance a distant third or fourth.

I know because I work at mid-level in an investment bank and finding loopholes around prototype upcoming regtech like id8's is easy. Few are keen to commit to a program like id8 that has narrow use case and risk being obsolete with each change in legislation.

Consensus is it would be easier to wait for id8 to enter administration then pick up anything valuable on cheap.
