Doniac, as serious as the coronavirus is, the world will continue to function. The time frame around the funding has got nothing to do with the coronavirus. This is due to investors needing more time for their due diligence with the note listing in Mauritius being the first of its kind for a mining company. Secondly, the alternative proposals they have received during the roadshow will also require time for both parties to assess what they might look like. Sure, the coronavirus is causing plenty of headlines and chaos, sure it very serious, but whether or not it hits Africa is not going to sway investors one way or the other. Investors understand that the world will continue to move forward, the death rate of the coronavirus is around 2% and more will die from the flu every year. It will certainly have an effect on global growth due to the halt on the worlds largest economy and this is why we are seeing markets around the world react this way. However, this will not effect VRC's plans to mine graphite and will not stop investors from tipping into the project. We are all still going to work everyday, investors are still going to be doing the same and buying into projects. EV are still going to be required, they are only going to increase year on year, governments are only going to more and more ban petrol and require buildings to conform with fire retardant regulations, this is not going to change due to the virus. The world will continue on and we are planning for a project that is going to span some 30 plus years with this funding the start of that. Investors know this. The project will be here for a long time after the virus has gone and there will probably even be a few more viruses to appear during the time of it's existence. To say that the virus is going to stop the funding for a project of this length with hundreds of millions of dollars of EPITA every year is extremely short sighted and thankfully those investing in this bond issue do not take those sort of short sighted approaches to their investments.
