To understand just how crazy things have become, I woke to the news this morning that parents who were taking their sick kids to The Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne were not allowing Asian Doctors to take care of their kids because they were scared their kids might catch the coronavirus.
I happen to live in Melbourne and I have had a little bit to do with this hospital, and I can assure you it is one of the FINEST hospitals in the world with an outstanding reputation. But there you have it, such is the power of the press. All reality gets thrown out the window.
I feel very embarrassed and sorry for those excellent doctors who have been victimised because of their nationality.
Nothing more needs to be said.
