Finance is the hardest part for all hopeful juniors.

I think the biggest mistake most management make is not raising a significant amount of equity when the initial discovery/ resource prove up is made. This is when the SP has initially rocketed. VRC hit 15c from memory. This would allow the company to not operate on a shoestring and actively and aggressively pursue funding and project progress in general. The problem is then the subsequent capital raises at lower and lower prices and in the end not wanting to go down the cornerstone investor path because at such a low SP you are giving away so much of the company.

Anyway I think something is around the corner. We will wait and see!
