Wow! What a smashing the ASX is receiving and it ain't over yet!
Some positive news from VRC would be nice now, and help to stabilise the sp.
There are thousands of investors feeling a lot of pain across the ASX. There are stocks where the sp has dropped 50%+ today! So, what will the market look like when the coronavirus really hits Australia? The peak for this virus in expected in May! A Recession looms, but it could also develop into a full-on Depression!
With the predicted many thousands of people being required to self-isolate, schools closing and businesses on the brink, a lot of people will not be getting any incomes during this crisis. People's Super Funds are also taking massive hits.With share prices tumbling worldwide, are investors really going to pump money into VRC at this time?
Buying into a 0.7c stock with questionable upside? Can VRC secure enough funding to keep afloat, let alone begin mining? Worrying times!
VRC has always been a high-risk spec stock, but as it stands today, that risk appears huge!
