A friend and I were having this exact discussion yesterday, indigo. I'm a baby boomer and I reckon we had the best years growing up. Tv had just started. Great fun shows, no sex and violence just good entertainment. No social media, we actually talked to each. Not even a phone in a lot of homes. We had one in the hallway, no private conversations. We were free to go and play. Our parents would say, just be back by tea time. We had back yards to throw a ball, build a cubby run with the dog. Aus was self sufficient in food and we could produce our own cars and all other goods. The neighbors looked out for each other, no one was alone. Mateship was well and truly alive. The governments of the time seemed to govern for the people not just looking after their own jobs. In those days we could have closed our borders and kept the virus at bay. Aus is no more, just a mish-mash of the world both good and bad. Like you indigo I don't want to speculate what our beautiful country will be like in 20 years time.

And I'm also hanging out for some good news from Volt. It seems that each time we seem to be on track some outside event hits us hard.
