Just watched the RIO results briefing. 2 takeaways 1) Clearly excited by prospects in Aliminium, but cited need to get margins up to 40% in this division (~20% currently) by "further enahancing the portfolio", and 2) looking at smaller bolt on acquisitions to improve portfolio mix. One way to improve operating margins will be to enhance those declining grades in the Weipa bauxite deposits. Hello Binjour!! and who knows maybe Inverell, Taralga and Tassie as well. Go the Brown Sugar.
