The video was my introduction to Mr Nic Earner.
It was good to see a younger face and as such it left an impression on me that ALK is about to be reborn.
From what I saw and heard it appears to me that Mr Earner "has what it takes" to lead us into the next stage.
Mr Earner appeared to have a very open, modest, honest and friendly down to earth personality.
His previous work with Western Mining indicates to me that he has the experience to get the Dubbo Project going.
We have a great team at the top - Mr Earner's youthful energy coupled with Mr Chalmers mentoring.
I am still a great fan of Mr Chalmers and I reckon the significance of the baton change from the older to the younger will not go unnoticed in further negotiations with financiers.
