Hi Mickey1979 I don't believe there is a specific/direct relevance to DXN, yet, in my experience, it is a worthwhile exercise to try to stay informed of what is happening globally in the sector(s) that a company is operating within, as well as what price assets are changing hands for. In this instance, according to EQIX's market announcement, they have paid a multiple of x15 ebitda of the two data centres (basis full utilisation). Cheers
