The chart does look good and held up during the pullback considering the number and "dispersion" of shares/options (among retail owners): we may see some upward movement in the order of 0.5-1 cent. But long term, the financial management here hasn't been the best, and operationally, the company cannot take care of the poor financial management decisions made in the past (it is not progressing in par with competitors in a time that is arguably one of the best for this industry). There are tones of retail owners (including myself) who are biding a good time to sell out.
Hopefully, they will win the government contract or will be approached for take-over. Otherwise, this is going to be very very long-haul.
