he has accused management of misrepresentation bordering on fraud. To protect himself legally he should have taken his concerns directly to the asx - and not air his accusations here - which he has already done. Legally it would be in his own best interests now to not say anything more and await the asx's response - if in fact he actually lodged a formal complaint with them
