See history of VRC funds management for graphite project development and mining! Two years on and still no light at the end of tunnel!

With too many issued share equity at such a lower price i.e. o.005 c recently and 1 c previously It would be very hard to make profit for the shareholders who recently bought shares! With over 250 million shares already traded in the last few days, it seems risk is widespread and there could be a panic selling to make profits!

More so, there is no guarantee that VRC would find the gold deposit it is hoping despite PDI nearology. Any gold project takes a minimum of 5 to 10 years for development after exploration. In VRC case, formal exploration yet to take place.

Doesn't it mean you are trying to find a ray of light in absolute darkness ? It may be very risky indeed!
