VRC was in dire need of funds for the last one year. VRC knocked almost every door but failed! So, being opportunistic, VRC chairman Mr Asimwa Cabunga taking advantage of PDI gold discovery and using this opportunity to off-load his shares held in associated entities in Africa.

There is no requirement under the ASX to disclose off-loading of shares held in companies that are managed and owned by friends and distant relatives of VRC chairman Mr Cabunga in Africa.

VRC has over 2 billion issued shares and look at share registry and majority of them are held by Mr Cabunga associated entities in Africa.
