Listeners, what I'm about to say pains me but I need to make it clear to our interstate audience that I believe NSW is going down the toilet. There, it's said. No amount of head shaking by Premier Rees and whoever's left in his cabinet will change the reality. Do you get the feeling, boys and girls, that we the people of NSW are beating to one drum while the government is beating its meat?
