It's a quiet night around the nation yet there is tension in the air. I can feel it in the city streets, in the uni flats and cheap apartments, in the falling-down housing in the western suburbs and even amongst the la-de-dahs who can see a beach from their dunny seat. It is no fault of the government though there are cries for them to fix it. It is not the fault of the everyday citizen though there are calls for them to contribute to fix it. I ask then, listeners, whose fault is it? Maybe it's every one of us.
