Whilst I agree, the changing of the current Board, is easier said than done. As most at the top end, own the majority of shares. 1 share = 1 vote. Those of you at the lower end of the scale, would find it hard to muster numbers to have any voting effect. It's all mathematics, done years ago and worked out in favour of MacArthur.
