Have just seen the NOM for the upcoming AGM on 31 August. Curious that it's not virtual this year after it has been so easily broadcast live for the last few years??Only pre-submitted written questions allowed and probably little of more than a few investors squeezing into the venue to ask questions directly and there are many important questions that need answers.
At this stage of the game and with so much expectation around delivery on this project, I don't believe the AGM should be a rubber stamp. It all seems too scripted for my liking. They may be "technically" allowed to run an AGM like this but in this day and age with technology the way it is (and based on past AGMs) where's the transparency?
