Yes, what our neighbours immediately south released today caught my interest as it is directly relevant to our significant Lead E prospect and upcoming results of our 2D Ringneck survey.

They have essentially identified a large prospect they call "Errugulla Deep" which sits right on the boundary of their lease, and adjoining NWE's EP426. I note they said "It is likely that additional Prospective Resources associated with "Erregulla Deep" occur outside the EP469 boundary"... i.e. onto and into Lead E on NWE's permit. see pic below...



Note also the pic below... showing the "fill & spill" theory... I have circled in red what I see as the boundaries of Lead E, so others can join the dots.

This further confirms that the gas is "filled & spilled"... so the theory is that the gas spills from West Errugulla, into Errugulla Deep and then on into Lead E, then from there flows into NWE's LD. It really is quite enormous and further re-rates the South East portion of NWE permit. What a huge gas fairway we are seeing being discovered in the PB... and NWE is sitting on prime structure.



Also, in terms of relevance to our upcoming Ringneck 2D... see below circled area of interest. Ringneck results are due any day now... lets see how well it correlates and supports our neighbours theory... as we all know gas fields don't end where permit boundaries end!




Also.. In terms of 3D seismic (which our neighbours are yet to have approved) their proposed Natta 3D... see map below. This will give excellent subsurface data to better confirm drillable prospects. It will also very clearly show some excellent data of the SW of Lead E... interesting to see this result. NWE may be lucky to share in that data.

But it's all looking very good for NWE... not just our confirmed LD-1 discovery but the other significant leads and prospects.

I think the market may be waking up to this now...
