I think they've been transparent in relation to the issues, and the steps they are taking to address them.
Yes the raise is disappointing, but they are participating in the raise, pending shareholder approval, if you read the announcement.
the SP has held up fairly well so far, which means there is relative confidence in what they are saying.
Sure, there may be a bit of a sell off once the shares are issues, but a production update confirming the measures they have taken are working will help mitigate that.
