I don't think he wanted a Board seat rather just wants to bring some focus to the wheel spinning.
Agree with your comments on options package given the scale, nevertheless, if he brings in non dilutive financing it'll pay off for all of us.
It reflects poorly on PR once again no matter which way it goes from here. At least he is being pragmatic.
