This court case was one thing but to think that Govt has the balls to take on the northern rivers greenies is another. Why would they, when they have even excluded Santos from NSW? It would appear that their easy way out is to treat Mel as they have treated everyone else. Purchase back the lease for the 100-200k [they have been touting] and tell you to go suck eggs, as they are doing with the other leases involved. Can't see why they would treat Mel any different. To do so would open the flood gates to other litigation. imho.
