Even if there is a six game suspension for the person 'diving' to save the game it would not matter - there would just be a sacrifice for the sake of winning...The rules should be changed to facilitate a video ref decision prior to a red card or penalty decision... they are the decisive referee actions that can affect the results. It can be done quickly and with little interruption to the game. No ifs or buts.
