what don't we know?

This stock has come to my attention for its value.
Its growing, and foreign income and looks to have low debt and cash in hand.
So why has it dropped so much? I'm thinking it may have debt which is in USD and its unhedged as they may have thought their USD income would be a natural hedge or maybe its one of those stocks people borrowed money to invest in and now they are being forced to sell.
To me this looks like one of the better investments around along with WOR (however due to its size, its much harder to assess) so I am wondering does anyone have anymore insight into this company?
