To get the mine construction started there will be a heap of investigation and environmental assessments and baselining that need to occur in addition to what has already been done for the PEPR, they will be talking to the road authority about diverting the road, utility connections for construction and mining activity will need to be arranged, procurement contracts for these early pre construction activities established etc. this type of activity has 3-6 months lead time which is just about right for a construction commencement early 2022 given a finance deal Q3 2021. will read the quarterly next week to see if it contains any more info.
