I think this CR is very interesting.
Definitely SES is going to significantly rerate over the next 24 months...
However, it's also been clear to me, by the recent trading, that SES was being bought by at least one institution. Now, that buyer will likely have been filled with this CR (perhaps they even approached management with the suggestion??). All up, the recent SP rise has been long overdue and at least the company can raise good cash at a decent price.
Give it a few more months and other institutions will be buying... hopefully next time they are forced to buy on market for their fill.
I agree with Richard Tegoni's sentiments, SES is on the way to becoming a large and successful business.
