However i also note a professional team who have run some of the middle easts' biggest and most successful companies.

You know what they say - pay peanuts then you get monkeys.

Also remember that there has been significant expenditure put into sales team development last half.......a result of that is the new autonomous stores and Hubz sales. I'm hoping the investment in sales continues to pay off
