Desperate ? Well, no, they just need the money. And the sp perhaps is a casualty of the fear trade.

It would be better obviously if the sp was higher, but they would still need to do the raising.

But i cant see them going bust either. They have sales from their nano particles from the Israelis.
And maybe they should look at partnering there etc, if were in dire straights.

I would prefer to see some strategic investors buy in, who are in the industry, that would support the transition of this to trials.
