    Exactly. Using the 60/40 debt to equity split and a share price of 20 cents, shares on issue (SOI) will stay below 1 billion. If VR8 are raising this equity at 10 cents then SOI will be well above 1 Billion. It won't effect the resource in the ground, but will impact our earnings per share. Hopefully investors can see value in the DFS, even if V2O5 price is down in the short term.
