@Drugo, I don't disagree that WMC could be a ten bagger (note: imagination tends to exaggerate the probability of remote possibilities), however, if WMC somehow manages to actually deliver a 10x (from any share price base) it would classify as a MDMM (i.e. Modern Day Mining Miracle).

Milan's AISC target of $1800/oz seems optimistic IMO. Might be do-able in circumstances where it's all blue-sky & sunshine for WMC, however that seems unlikely in the context of less-than-ideal circumstances that look like they'll be staying around for a few years...
