So given the above hasn't seem to be fundamentally understood the last 8 years by this bloke, and if he continues to remain in charge, what makes everyone think the attitude to raising capital etc will ever "change" in the next few years?.
And given that, what incentive is there to buy now (rather than wait till the product) is actually on market?
Why take the risk?> (If your existing risk "holding stock") is never equitably rewarded?
The only way you are going to win here (as an existing holder) IMO is to time it impeccably.
I mean maybe you are a genius. And can time it perfectly. (If your are? then that's great!)_
I'm not. I tried to time it 8 years ago. (and failed)
Others have tried every year since.
This is in Peter Lynch Fundamentals of Investing "101"....
