Maths aspect on why the sp matters in the short/medium term;

30 mill raised at $23 means 1.3 mill shares issued, that the sp was $17 and CR at $16 equates to a extra 550,000 plus shares to raise the same amount of funding.

Taking it one step further and raising at $50 ( the internal company valuation 2 years ago) equates to 600,000 shares, that’s is 600,000 shares versus the current share issue at 1.8 mill plus shares.

The mantra that any number of CRs is ‘fine’ needs to take into account that CRs done at these levels negate that, …. is it ‘fine’ to have an extra 1.2 mill shares (funds raised at $16 in lieu of at $50) to raise the same amount of funding. That also does not take into account the massive dilution of existing holders who do not ‘top up’ every CR in the last how ever many years.

CRs are fine to ensure the Company moves forward, that significantly more shares necessary to raise the same amount of funding is far from ideal, this is why the day to day sp matters.

”Reward” for holding has been a case of trying to catch sharp falling knives up to date.
