100% agreement on the importance of capital management or more so the financial governance.
The million dollar question (perhaps literally hundreds) is how much funding is immediately required to optimise the success of the IP to commercialisation, 20 or so per quarterly may be enough (or not) at the minute to do so, the more important follow up question is how much all together is really needed to see this thru.
I suspect way more than many here would expect and you will have to wonder where that will come from until such time the Company is handed a blank cheque.
Another consideration is the double edged sword of having major shareholders; the impact of them selling down for what ever reasons and suppressing the sp and which will be a constant factor.
Status quo needs to be changed, that, Imo, can only come from a third party coming into the picture, if and when is the big question.
