Think half the problem here is that the potential future of the Company may be only considered as far as the next sp rise, (by these entities); accumulate at low levels and then unload into price sensitive announcements, (which will generate some nice profits in the interim), though forever suppressing the sp UNTIL such time there is a major announcement on a take over offer that will brake the deadlock of the sp going nowhere.
Be interesting to know if the buyers from the previous CR, @$23, are comfortable with that history.
