Apologies there gut feeling, was absorbed in too much, but re read your post and I forgot to mention main point...difference between market cap and NTA is EV. So they were saying beyond NTA, their employees represented the Enterprise Value.....I'll go with that because I don't see what else they had as that sector was well populated by firms with little differentiation.
