Just a snippett from an article I found from a leading business financing journal to which I subscribe
"Atlantic Ltd is in initial talks to raise as much as US$2bn for a planned bauxite project to meet forecast rising demand. The company said it has talked to a number of funding providers in the North American debt markets and Asia as well as potential sales partners. Bauxite is refined into alumina, which is then turned into aluminium metal. Aluminium prices have gained 59% in the past year, driven by demand from automakers and builders in China."
Good to see deals being sought. Obvious IMO that these guys are serious about the bauxite project and when put together with the Windimurra project we can see they are working well towards their stated goal of multiple world class operations.
