the problem with humans is the lack of thinking BEFORE wars
once a war begins - it's got a couple of characteristics
. it's bloody difficult to stop
. it's bloody ugly
. it hurts
. the damage and pain lasts generations
that particular was was just utter bs right from the beginning for the US and Australia - we learned nothing from the French experience - we were there for one reason only - because America had a mental illness level fear of communism -------- which was fanned greatly by an idiot called Joe McCarthy
that stupidity STILL exists today - and America has capitalised on it even more by having war after war after war - for one thing and one thing only
profit ------------ profit at the cost of someone else - always someone else -------------- and the bad news is
they don't give a stuff who that someone else is --------------- friend or not
