I think there are a couple of things going on and Vietnam is a fair way off. The 3D seismic are yet to be reported on and this will give more information to allow for an informed view.
Oddly enough I suspect people are waiting to see the results from Paloma which is fast approaching a time line equal to the second coming of Christ. At least with the Church they will give updates, unlike Neon management! This information as to P1 & 2 is a game changer for Neon and if positive as we all expect will movem Neon to a junior to mid oil producer, with a corresponding price change. This is capturing everyone's attention at the moment. Also the price from the Paloma discovery will very much dictate pricing next year as Vietnam draws closer.
