    Anyone waiting like a puppy before dinner for the Joint-venture partner announcement in Vietnam ? i know i am, i wish they would hurry up. My stab in the dark is Shell, but who knows? Anyone else have an educated guess going on in their anxious minds? Educated being the key word here.
