What are these folk doing with their vietnam mines?
I wonder if they considered doing any of the Windimurra vanadium circuit in Vietnam like the ferrovanadium or some other vanadium specialty alloy or chemical. The seem to have some experience in that country and it's got to be easier than building in OZ.
