Hi Guys I am posting a summary fromm of what Tincom is entitled to as per June 2010 announcement;(got from abnnewswire.net on 17/2010)


- Exclusive right to market Coldry in Victoria for 5 years, with a trigger to extend for a further 5 years upon plant expansion to 5 M mtpa be achieved within 5 years

- Exclusive rights to manage and market Coldry product imports into Vietnam

- Rights to build up to 100M mtpa of Coldry plant capacity globally to meet the rapidly growing needs of Vietnams economy


I want you to look at the last point. My question is from what you all understand do you think that Tincom can start up other coaldry factories to meet Vietnam's coal demand without making any royalty payment to ESI, for upto 100 million mtpa?. Or is it telling that ESI's term of engageing with others only in this event is to be controlled by Tincom(upto 100 million mtpa export capacity to Vietnam)and not avoid paying royalty payments to ESI. Just want to be abit more clear. Thanks in advance.
