Management wouldn't hint at what funding options they are looking at when i spoke to them, but clearly they aren't going to shoot themselves in the foot with regards to the last offer at 40c in which the majority went to the main holders who are also stepping up this time around!
Do you really think they'll make an issue sub the current SP and further devalue the main holders investment at 40c 3 months ago???
Finance won't be through a share issue, but will be through further debt! What will be interesting though is how managment handle it with regard to the structuring of the deal! TG this is your time to shine!!!
