Basically yes, but only what they can say within any confidentiality restraints , it may be only part of the story.
Situations can and do change quickly when your dealing with other parties. Personally I look at what the Company has signed off on with each quarterly or any subsequent updates between . You will only know for a fact when they actually complete something and update on it.

Much as I enjoy emails and reports from meetings through HC, in the end they can get taken out of context , when a company live on fumes management have got to appear confident in public, which in itself can lead to public utterances in the heat of the moment that they may have wished they hadn't said...hence anything written down and signed off on has at least had some thought given to it and even that is only valid at the time it was signed .
