So with the $1.1M underwriter fee Hockings pays a bit above $0.006 per share to double up assuming there is no shortfall or a bit below $0.009 if there is a 100% shortfall ? ? That's a pretty rosy deal considering it's likely much closer to 0.006 than 0.009 when they are going to existing holders with a greater than 50% discount at $0.01
