Don't know about company making - but the money raised will get us to complete the process/projects that may be company making - that is true. I think it is designed to never come back to the ASX for capital - there are a few hints in there that show the next phase is planned to take the company somehow to offshore capital markets (just to be clear we all know as much as each other).
