It's just a theory with no factual content to back it up.
Pilot suicides?.. 2 come to mind. Silk Air over Indonesia and Egypt Air in USA airspace.
Decompression? Everyone is trained to descend to lower altitude usually 10,000 ft unless there's terrain issues. We can all breathe easily at 10.000 ft.
Modern aircraft have so many independent redundant systems that it's pretty much impossible for a catastrophic failure to occur. Although, I will concede that nothing is impossible.
How does your 747 dude explain the fact that the transponders were turned off a few minutes before the last radio call?
So now that leaves open the possibility of an alien spacecraft stealing the 777. Or it was shot down, or hijacked, or, good grief, even pilot suicide.. Anythings possible. I doubt we will ever know unless that aircraft is found, or bits and pieces of it turn up.
