This seems the sanest scenario, BUT if all were incapacitated, someone must have preset all those course changes and the final flight path into the flight director, which also doesnt gel. Remember, it was reportedly navigating waypoint to waypoint at one stage.....so someone with navigational skills was manually flying OR the waypoints and final flightpath had been pre-entered. There is no third option.
