The stony silence coming from ETM's management gives you the impression that they think the arbitration process will fail them. Arbitration is the Greenland Government's own system set up to work through mining disputes so it does seem bizarre that they are opposing its jurisdiction. You would think they would have confidence in their own legislated bodies but I guess then the ministers couldn't impose their personal prejudices.

In my opinion, the share price will continue to deflate like a slow balloon until the decision on whether the Arbitration Commission can hear ETM's case is announced. If they decide its in their purview to adjudicate on ETM's claims then would expect the share price to zoom to 50c+ and hover there until the case is decided.

But, if it goes the other way and they decide they have no jurisdiction, then I think the share price will retreat to sub 2c and stay there until the long-off court case is heard. For those who think the court case will succeed then it will present a buying opportunity, but you have to have the patience to wait quite a few more years because it would appear that hearing mining disputes isn't as important as sorting out traffic fines and littering infringements.

However, as I have suggested before, if management would like to get off their comfortable arses and start 'working the room' drumming up support for the project with Naleraq, Trump's America, the EU and the Chinese then we might see some positive movement with the share price.

They should take a line through Tanbreez where the huckster GBB has had no problems selling a stuffed turkey to the Americans for their thanksgiving day. Without Chinese expertise (which the US & the EU think they can circumvent) there won't be any usable rare earths coming out of Tanbreez for a decade of more.
