That's a good analogy duffe,I agree with you,but I will
say etm are very well backed by Clifford chance,Julie
bishop, and if etm are keeping silent,then I presume they have been advised to do exactly that.
. Don't forget that the GOG run straight to their media
and have a winge, straight away when anything is said against them to try and twist anything that,s said,so I think etm keeping quiet is their best bet.
. The GOG has always been upset that the arbitration
is In Demark,and have tried to string it out as long
as possible,to stop a verdict coming to pass,this was
just the latest in a long line of an effort for our case
not to be herd
I think all the etm management will care about, is getting into an arena where the full merits off the case
can be articulated.
. We have a strong case and have put it
in writing to the arbitration,where as the GOG have not
even offered a defense, and are just happy to time waste.
. The next few months should be very interesting,
this case has the potential to have ramifications
worldwide.
