Most of those are of a traditional nature and capture images on a contract basis, if at all. Nearmap's business model is quite different and much more in keeping with current consumer expectations. They capture mostly urban errors on a regular basis (4 or more times a year) and users pay for access to this data with a yearly subscription. I work for a small/medium size business and we pay $100k+ pa and cant do without it. The only one of these that offer anything similar (to my knowledge) is Eagleview. (there is a historic link to Nearmap for those that want to research). Nearmap (again, to my knowledge) is way ahead and a disrupter. Think Uber, airbnb etc.
