Taking time to ramp up production makes sense to minimise initial CAPEX (and dilution to existing shreholders). Given the growth profile of the company at early production phase I would say we would command a healthy PE ratio as the market factors in increasing production over time.
Out of interest what do you think is a realistic share price come first production? I know it depends on many factors but take a stab in the dark anyway.
